We do not accept used or empty printer cartridges; we cannot pay for them or ship them back. Galaxy Surplus prefers that you leave your item’s box in the original condition and unopened. Any price quote that exceeds $50 will qualify for free shipping. For smaller orders we offer a $8 USPS shipping credit.
